
Our Policies
Cancellation Policy:
To ensure we are able to provide the best service for all of our clients we kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their grooming appointment. Appointments cancelled less that 24 hours before the scheduled start time may result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service total. Frequent last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay at the time of booking for future appointments. ​

Late Arrivals:
In order to be respectful of our other client's time we ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. If you will be arriving past your appointment time, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can make schedule adjustments if necessary. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; however, arrivals after 15 minutes may be subjected to a fee of $1 per minute. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your appointment time, we may no longer be able to accommodate you and may result in a cancellation fee.
​Rebooking Discount:
Rebook your appointment for 6 weeks or less at the end of your grooming appointment and you will receive 10% off your next groom. Discount will be lost if the appointment is changed to more than 6 weeks.
Vaccination Policy:
We do not require proof of vaccines. In compliance with state laws, all dogs and cats must be up to date on their rabies vaccinations. We trust our clients to independently adhere to this legal requirement.

Safety:
For the safety of all dogs that visit our salon we require every dog to be leashed or in a carrier at all times while in the lobby of our salon. If you are using a retractable leash, we respectfully ask that the dog is allowed no more than 6 feet of distance and that the leash remains in the locked position.
